This charming house will always have a special place in our hearts. It will forever be our first home, where we started our lives together, where we brought home our furry baby and then our two girls. Each room is filled with wonderful memories. When we bought the house we refinished the hardwood floors on the first floor and it gave the house new life. Once we remodeled the one bedroom upstairs and the bathroom downstairs the house finally felt like a home. 

Sadly our family out grew this home. What we will miss the most is the backyard and the breathtaking view of the Helderberg Mountains as the sun sets on the horizon. Our dog loved running around the backyard and relaxing in the various shady spots throughout the day. In the evenings we enjoyed relaxing on the patio or next to the fire, enjoying some s’mores or cocktails. Our neighbors are all wonderful. We will miss our many chats with them about life. They are always more than willing to help when you are in need.

The location is great. It’s super close to The Shoppes at Latham Circle, Latham Farms, Price Chopper, Target, Newton Plaza and conveniently located near  I-87, I-787, Route 9, Route 2 and Route 7. There are also a multitude of wonderful restaurants nearby with a range of options for whatever you are craving. It takes no time at all to get to any farmers market, though the Troy Farmers Market is our personal favorite.
